Hi Kasaline, Love your choices for a Canadian dinner party! I have tried a Jiggs dinner, one of my best friends is from Newfoundland and she calls herself a "newfy" :) she would eat this dinner on special occasions. Her mom would make "dough boys" for the top of it... this dinner is typically cooked in one big pot and raw bread dough is placed on top of it and let simmer.
